Whether it's a slow drip you've been ignoring or a section of shingles the wind just took, Roof Repair Smedway sends licensed Roofing technicians throughout Etna, NH to look at it properly, not guess over the phone.
Nobody on our crew learned Roofing work from a training video. They learned it climbing real roofs in Etna, NH, in real weather, on jobs where a wrong call meant a callback.
Ask to see our Etna, NH license and insurance certificate and you'll have it in your hand before the estimate even starts.
A roof repair that's "close enough" tends to fail again within a year, usually during the exact storm it was supposed to handle. We don't build that way.
Documentation on request, no exceptions.
Someone answers, every time, day or night.
No invoice surprises once work is underway.
We already know Etna's weather patterns and permit process.
Most emergency calls we get trace back to a smaller sign that went unnoticed for weeks or months.
None of the six signs below require an emergency call on their own, but each one is worth a scheduled inspection before it turns into something bigger.
Heavy granule loss usually means the shingles are nearing the end of their service life.
Shingles that curl at the edges have lost flexibility and are more likely to crack in the next windstorm.
Daylight visible through the attic roof boards means water has the same path in.
Stains grow slowly, which is exactly why they get ignored until they spread.
A slow leak or failing ventilation can quietly drive up cooling costs before you notice the leak itself.
A bare patch after high wind is a direct gap in your roof's weather barrier that needs covering right away.
Not every call needs the same fix, so we scope each Etna job individually instead of running everything through one generic quote.
These categories aren't marketing labels; they reflect how our crews are actually organized and dispatched across Etna, NH.
When wind or hail rips open a section of roofing, we tarp it fast to stop water intrusion, then schedule the permanent fix right behind it.
Our residential scope covers shingle repair, full reroofs, ventilation upgrades, and skylight flashing fixes.
Commercial roofs run different membrane systems entirely, and our crews are trained specifically on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen.
We'll tell you honestly whether your roof needs a full replacement or just a targeted repair — we don't default to the bigger invoice.
Post-storm inspections give homeowners documented evidence, useful whether or not a claim gets filed.
If your roof has an architectural quirk, we scope it personally rather than forcing a standard fix.
Four steps, no surprises in between — here's exactly what happens after you pick up the phone.
Call +1-844-212-9199, describe the issue, and dispatch routes it to the nearest available Etna crew.
The inspection covers decking, flashing, and ventilation, not just the obvious visible damage.
An itemized estimate is delivered before any work starts, covering materials, labor, and cleanup.
A final walkthrough confirms everything matches the agreed scope.
If you've been burned by a roofing company before, these are the specific things we do differently, not just a promise that we're "better."
Being local means we're rarely the crew still driving in from somewhere else.
Every estimate is itemized so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Certifications stay current so material warranties remain valid after installation.
If the finished work doesn't match what was agreed, we come back and fix it at no charge.
We've worked with enough local carriers to know what actually speeds up claim approval.
If a repair solves the problem, that's what we recommend — we don't push a replacement to inflate the invoice.
Every job closes with a written workmanship guarantee, separate from whatever the material manufacturer already covers — if something's wrong, we come back and fix it.
We also guarantee the number on your estimate — barring a scope change you approve first, that's the number on your invoice.
If you ever need to use the guarantee, the process is a phone call, not a fight.
We stage crews across Etna, NH so a storm hitting one part of the region doesn't leave the rest of Etna waiting.
When a storm moves through Etna, NH and call volume spikes, active leaks get prioritized first while we communicate realistic wait times for everything else.
